With regards to our booking procedure, our booking deposit remains as a non refundable retainer. This covers us for all of the time spent on admin and it also protects us financially in case of cancellation. However, in the case of postponement due to Covid 19, we are happy to transfer the deposit to another date, dependant on availability.
